- Who is PILOT for?
- PILOT is for private households, executives, founders, family offices, public figures, and families whose personal digital exposure has outgrown consumer security tools.
- Who is PILOT not for?
- We are not an IT help desk, managed service provider, software subscription, or volume-priced security product. If another provider is better suited, we will say so directly.
- What does the appliance do?
- It is a small, fanless device that sits quietly in the home network. It sends security telemetry to PILOT so an operator can review meaningful signal without interrupting the household.
- Do you read private content?
- No. The engagement is built around security telemetry, posture, access control, and incident response. We do not browse private files, read messages, or sell telemetry.
- What do you monitor?
- We focus on network behavior, device exposure, identity and account posture, recovery paths, suspicious outbound activity, and signs that something material has changed.
- Why is there no public operator roster?
- Every PILOT operator has held a US government Top Secret clearance and has worked in classified cyber operations. Backgrounds are verified privately during referral and onboarding.
- How do new clients reach you?
- By referral, almost always. If you would like to talk, write to ops@automatedbypilot.ai. Conversations are confidential and handled personally.
- Do you publish pricing?
- No. Each engagement is scoped privately to the household, exposure profile, and standard of care.
